Wendy has more than 25 years’ experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Industry of which 18 years were spend at Senior Management level and 4 at Executive level, both in Local and Multinational organisations. Her experience includes Sales, Marketing, Shopper marketing, Trade marketing and Category Management, all which contribute to her knowledge, comprehension, and interpretation on how to successfully integrate consumer needs, customer requirements, and shopper behaviour, ultimately achieving key business objectives.
